General Dispatch Information

Orders placed Monday to Friday by 11:00 AM are dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 11:00 AM, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

No dispatches take place on weekends or UK bank holidays.

- Free standard delivery on orders over £20.
- Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and typically arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Orders placed before 11am (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11am are dispatched the next working day.

- Free next-day delivery on all orders over £100.
- Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims to deliver the next working day (please allow 1–2 working days in case of postal delays).
